The Hurricane 130 MkII was born in the aftermath of a devastating hurricane that hit the coast of California in 2025. The storm caused widespread destruction and loss of life, leaving the local authorities scrambling to find a way to improve their disaster response efforts. That's when Alerting Communicators of America stepped in, designing and building the Hurricane 130 MkII as a state-of-the-art civil defense siren.
